Summary
When puzzle Puzzle 3, Puzzle 4 and Puzzle 5 where solved, the wheel was now change with the following:

Clicking the center rune changed the left frame of the website with the following message:

Under the message, a form was present with a field and a "unlock" button. The field was not pre-filled but limited to 4 character. Also, when the left frame was rollover, the rune picture changed for the following:
Finally, a last picture was present but invisible. The picture was a transparent gif where the content was using the same background texture as the frame, rendering the image invisible to the eye. Saving the picture and viewing it on a different background revealed the following:
