Summary

The Pop-up background is a google earth type aerial shot. The pop-up simply states "June 4th"
The Blog shows a picture of a headstone rubbing, entitled "And justice for all" with some parts missing.
SOLUTIONS (spoiler)
Step 1
snorkle256 stated on unF that he had discovered the identity of the headstone rubbing at Old Burying Point (Charter Street Cemetery).
Step 2
Charter Street is the central street running left to right through the aerial view in the pop-up "C2"
Step 3
June 4th referenced another person deceased on that date - Caleb Pickman which when entered produced the unlock for Seal2
