After an earlier excursion around Toronto, Sasha Pickman Doyon arrives in San Francisco to meet up with previously missing - presumed dead - Eleanora Plante with a strange artifact in her possession known only by the name of "The Artefact". This is now linked into the Qadhos Server.
Time is ticking and agents from all sides are fighting to get their hands on this technology.
